Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Lensrem mobile application ("App") and the https://lensrem.refactorise.com/ website ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service." By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Lensrem is a contact lens replacement reminder application. The App helps users track lens replacement schedules and set notifications. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified eye care professional regarding your lens replacement schedule.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

PRO Upgrade and Purchases

The App offers a PRO upgrade as a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants access to additional features within the App. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. We do not process payments or handle billing directly. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play, as per their refund policies.

The PRO upgrade provides access to features available at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee that specific PRO features will remain unchanged, or that additional features will be added in the future.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, add, or remove features of the App at any time, with or without prior notice, including features available as part of the PRO upgrade. We are not obligated to maintain, support, or update any particular feature. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Termination and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. In the event of discontinuation, no refund of the PRO purchase will be issued, as the PRO upgrade is a one-time purchase for access to features available at the time of purchase with no guarantee of future availability or ongoing support.

Language and Translations

The App is available in multiple languages. The English language version of these Terms and the App content is the authoritative version. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only and may contain inaccuracies. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The content provided in or through the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The App is a lens replacement reminder tool and is not a medical device. It should not be relied upon as the sole method of tracking lens replacement schedules. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of notifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed or delayed notifications, incorrect reminder schedules, or data loss.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
